Raptors Convert Brissett to Two-Way Contract

The Toronto Raptors announced Monday they have exercised the two-way player conversion option on forward Oshae Brissett. Per team policy, financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Brissett, 6-foot-8, 210 pounds, averaged 3.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 10.2 minutes in four preseason outings with the Raptors.
A native of Mississauga, Ontario, Brissett played two collegiate seasons (2017-19) at Syracuse, posting averages of 13.7 points, 8.2 rebounds and 35.7 minutes in 71 career contests. He was named to the ACC All-Freshman Team in 2017-18.

On the international stage, Brissett trained with Canada’s Senior Men’s National Team during the squad’s preparation for the 2019 FIBA World Cup before withdrawing due to a left knee injury. He also helped Canada earn a silver medal at the 2016 FIBA Americas U18 Championship in Chile, averaging 16.4 points, 7.8 rebounds and 27.6 minutes in five games. via Raptors905.com
